Recruit

1. Follow up customer R & D projects, explore patentable solutions and conduct creative evaluation;
2. The writing of patent application documents arranged in the project and the defense of examination opinions;
3. Search and analyze the existing technology to provide customers with the reference needed for the design of technical ideas;
4. Carry out risk assessment for customers' R & D of new products, and assist customers in the design of risk patent avoidance;
5. Acting for patent, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation cases or providing relevant support;
6. Acting as an agent for patent invalidation cases or providing relevant support;
7. Other work items delivered by the supervisor.

1. Committed to the value pursuit of intellectual property, willing to carry out creative work;
2. have excellent logical thinking ability, strong oral and written expression ability;
3. Excellent character, cheerful personality, able to quickly integrate into the team;
4.211 or 985 full-time bachelor degree or above in law major;
5. Excellent case control ability, able to independently promote case / project progress;
6. Have a certain level of legal English and be able to read English legal documents;

1. Write patent application documents and reply to examination opinions;
2. Patent mining and layout of R & D projects;
3. The creativity of existing technology retrieval and technology scheme & tort risk assessment;
4. Support for intellectual property litigation and patent invalidity cases;
5. Other work items delivered by the supervisor.

1. More than 2 years of patent agency experience, high quality of case writing;
2. Excellent logical thinking ability, strong oral and written expression ability;
3. Cheerful and optimistic, able to quickly integrate into the team;
4. Obtain patent agency qualification;
